okay, I can stop crying now the Olympics are over.  I can't help it, get so excited.

The closing ceremonies was very mod and cool.

Wowzers that was an exciting weekend of races and Olympics for the ladies (and gents).  Next time, I'm going to have to put some money where my mouth is...as I was bang on with top picks Julie Bresset and Georgia Gould, tho I really wanted my two favourite Canadian females for the win Emily and Catherine.  That was some special mtb farm!  Can't say I'm a super expert in the land of riding bicycles, so I guess it was part knowledge part crystal ball forecast fun guessing.

Also, Leadville (this one little more obvious), Rebecca Rusch crushed everyone in her good spirited hardcore fashion "Columbine for four years in a row is where I have made my move. I seem to settle in there and get in my groove. The rest of the way home I'm running scared," said Rusch.  I had my other bet on Sally Bigham and Pua Mata.
