I appreciate the excitement of this kind of email from race organizers (above).  Getting ready to crush some hills in the awesome road ride event. 100km with 4,600ft climbing, 10 climbs 3miles long and "the wall" 3mile climb 12% and shoot straight to 18% and comes at the end of the day.   You can also do the 200km double metric for 10,000ft of climbing fun.  A mind boggling amount of participants (1500) for event that sells out in a week.  No winner or prizes for this event, and you can choose to race with timing chip or not.  Last year I was the Queen of Mayhem, 3rd in female overall....for someone who does not ride a road bike that often, was very excited about that! will see what this year of mayhem brings.....
