Fun Free Stuff From Ryder Eyewear Came in Mail Today

A few weekends ago.....had nice time with my long time friends...its been waay overdue.  How do I quite describe these friends...high octane females?  I burn the candle at both ends at times but my friends they like to burn the candle at eight ends!  They are the best and brightest achievers for sure in my books, but they really need to read this book (bookreview:http://www.forewordreviews.com/reviews/high-octane-women/)..... thing eventually come undone and its a fine line...




I need four days rest after two days in my city friends shoes!

....fun times lots of good strength and movement! some time to get some climbing in before the summer turn to cold and hopefully not too soon..

Some good days post bcbr but i am afraid a few fatigue zombies still lying around since bcbr/summer.  Went for pre ride with my coach...I was just one of those days (bit frustrated and pretty sure could see in my eyes was a little out of sorts).  Hillbillies make good trails :)
